What is permanent teeth in three days?

For full mouth dental implants, a full set of permanent teeth are fixed on the implants. A full set means getting twelve teeth on each arch. The fabrication of refined and good quality permanent teeth takes three days in our state-of-the-art lab facilities. After three days, the permanent teeth are fixed.

Missing teeth can cause serious complications over time if left untreated. It is important that individuals missing one or more teeth seek treatment as soon as possible. Tooth loss can cause immediate problems with eating, speech and other basic activities that may worsen with time. Eventually, the remaining teeth in the jaw shift in an attempt to fill in the gap left by a missing tooth. The resulting crooked teeth can cause serious problems. Further, because each tooth is supported by those around it, missing teeth can weaken the overall structure of the mouth, causing additional tooth loss or injury that may worsen with time.

With our unique technique – [Permanent teeth in 3 days], all patients can enjoy the benefits of permanent fixed bridges on implants within three days. This improvised technique is more reliable than traditional techniques. As the technique is based on basal implants and immediate loading implants, difficult and even the extremely complex cases can also be easily done. We have also treated diabetic patients, smokers and patients with severe gum disease with equal success using this advanced technology. For the application of this technique, bone buildup procedures are not at all necessary.

With the help of this technology, we are able to treat 98% of the cases in a procedure which has “fixed teeth” as an outcome, within three days. Our technique does not need any bone augmentation, sinus surgery or bone grafting procedures. By avoiding these procedures, the patients get fixed teeth faster and at a much lower cost.

With advanced technology from Switzerland and years of clinical experience we have almost standardized rehabilitation of edentulous jaws in our practice. The Permanent teeth in 3 days method can often be used to replace a single missing tooth, multiple teeth, or for full mouth replacement, upper as well as lower, with great predictability and aesthetics. It is definitely possible to walk into our practice with missing teeth and go back with a new set of fixed permanent teeth that are firmly anchored and not dentures or temporary teeth, within a span of just 3 days.

For Full Mouth Dental Implants

For full mouth dental implants, a full set of permanent teeth are fixed on the implants. A full set means getting twelve teeth on each arch. The fabrication of refined and good quality permanent teeth takes three days in our state-of-the-art lab facilities. After three days, the permanent teeth are fixed. The permanent teeth can be either zirconia (metal free ceramic) or regular porcelain fused to metal or metal reinforced acrylic hybrid denture. It is mandatory for full mouth implant cases to provide a follow-up of 10-12 days post implant placement so as to adjust the bite as required.

The patient with a failing dentition can also receive teeth immediately after extraction followed by implant placement & then fixed teeth on the 3rd day. In certain techniques like all on 4 dental implants or all on 6 dental implants (All-on-Four / All-on-Six technique), where less number of implants (4 or 6) are placed, the implantologist is often forced to fix temporary plastic teeth, which are then replaced after a period of 3 or 6 months. However, these techniques have a high risk of implant failure. The patient ends up replacing only 10 or 12 teeth which leads to inefficient chewing.

We usually place 6 to 8 implants in the lower jaw and 8 to 10 implants in the upper jaw. By using a combination of compression implants, basal implants and pterygoid implants we are able to provide a full set of permanent teeth within 3 days. By using this combination we easily manage to give our patients a full set of fixed teeth without any bone grafting or sinus lift procedures.

For Single or Multiple teeth replacement

One or more dental implants are placed and then the permanent ceramic crown or crowns are fixed within 3 days. The risk factor of immediate crown on single implants is slightly higher compared to that of multiple implants. As such, in a few cases of single implants, we may place a temporary crown for 2-3 months followed by the permanent ceramic crown. We also avoid providing permanent teeth in 3 days in case of replacement of single molar tooth both in the upper and lower jaw.

Benefits of Permanent Teeth In 3 days Technique
  • Overall cost is reduced when compared to All-on-Four / All-on-Six technique as the work is done in a single visit
  • The permanent crowns are fixed in 3 days
  • Requires minimal recovery time for the patient
  • It’s minimally invasive as we use flap-less technique
  • Eliminates the need for bone grafting in most cases, unlike the traditional approaches
  • Easy post-operative maintenance
  • Avoids the frustration often experienced by patients using removable appliances
  • Ensures long-term stable results with the potential to last a lifetime
